Knockdown Home Renovation

The original 1930’s inspired Cape Cod home was nearly doubled in size and given a craftsman-style facelift with a maximized lake view. Small rooms, low ceilings, a general boxy floor plan with limited views of the lake inspired the client to focus on creating a new home with plenty of new living space on all three levels and large windows overlooking the lake.
