KEVIN FRASCO, CGP, CAPS
President/Owner
 Kevin Frasco has been active in the building industry for over 35 years, starting out as a framing contractor and moving into the realm of providing full service general contracting.
As owner and president of Craig Custom Builders, Kevin maintains the highest standard of quality and creativity in all of his projects. He has been nationally recognized by the prestigious Hanley Wood Remodeling Magazine as a BIG 50 award winner. He has also been recognized on both state and local levels being voted into the New Jersey Builders Association’s Remodeler Hall of Fame and awarded Builder of the Year. He served 3 years as the President of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New Jersey. Kevin’s projects have been featured on national television on ‘Inside Edition’ and published in various magazines including Builder/Architect and Home and Style. Having owned his own business for all of these years in the industry Kevin has taken continuing education courses at NJIT for Construction Engineering and Fairleigh Dickenson for Construction Methods. Kevin earned the Certified Green Professional™ Designation (CGP) and the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist Designation (CAPS), both exclusive designations offered by the National Association of Home Builders.

ROSEMARIE WILSON, CGP, CAPS
Project Coordinator
 As Project Coordinator, Rosemarie Wilson helps clients select finish products such as kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, hardware, plumbing, fixtures and light fixtures to ensure that everything works well together and reflects each client’s unique design sensibilities.
Rosemarie brings a unique perspective to every project being that she was a client of Craig Custom Builders a few years prior to joining their winning team. She manages the office administration making certain that the client accounts are kept up to date as the project progresses through each phase. Rosemarie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University, an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Fashion Design from FIT, as well as a Certificate in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. Rosemarie earned the Certified Green Professional™ Designation (CGP) and the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist Designation (CAPS), both exclusive designations offered by the National Association of Home Builders.
